Principal activity: Investment management and operation of generating real estate - Saudi Arabia

Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company is the result of an alliance with a strategic partner for Mashaer Group for Hajj and Umrah Services. Mashaer decides to acquire Al-Masaa Company to be one of its subsidiaries that achieve its goals within its integrated investment system . Al-Masaa Company is currently targeting the available promising opportunities, which are expected to take place in the future in those purified lands.

Al-Masaa Company has participated in Hajar Tower Real Estate Company by purchasing 16.5% of its shares, in addition to investing in the Hajar Tower itself through buying five floors in it. Al-Masaa Company entry into the Hajar Tower project came in order to take advantage of its expertise in real estate operations in the holy sanctuaries. Additionally, Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company owns three hotels in the Holy Lands with great locations; and manages the operations of these hotels with high efficiency. A luxurious Novotel Hotel, which located a few meters from Mecca, is the company''''''''s flagship project.

Principal activity: Public Transportation and bus rental services - Saudi Arabia

Rawahel Holding Company primarily provides transportation services in Saudi Arabia and specializes in public transport (or mass transit) comprising passenger transportation services, and bus rental services. Its activities are concentrated on the western area, especially during Hajj and Umrah seasons. However, the Company has been founded in collaboration with Mashaer, a subsidiary and Rawahel Mashaer Company, in order to follow up and supervise the activities of the Company in Saudi Arabia. Since Saudi market is the main area for Hajj and Umrah transportation, especially when considering the movement of staff between the remote and far-flung places in the Kingdom, as well as contracts concluded to transfer students, the Company offers passenger transportation services, either through bus rental services or by contracting short-and long-term partnership with institutions, corporations and government tenders in the Saudi market.

Principal activity: Managing Al Maqam Tower project- Saudi Arabia

Haj & Umrah Services Consortium Co. (Mashaer) owns 10% of Al Maqam Tower Real estate Company by acquiring Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company. In addition, Mashaer acquires 10 floors, while Al Maqam Tower project, which is strategically set within few steps from Old House, consists of 45 floors, ten of which are international hotel managed by world-renowned operator, while 35 floors will be marketed in the form of residential hotel units. Al Maqam Tower has many advantages in respect to its location and view, in addition to the other advantages related to Abraj Al-Bayt project, such as shopping mall, car parking, health care centre, and so forth.

Haj & Umrah Services Consortium Co. (Mashaer) owns 16.5% of Hajar Tower Real Estate Company by acquiring Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company. In addition, Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company owns 5 floors, whereas Mashaer owns 1 floor. This project, which is only a few distance away from the holy shrine of Ka''aba, consists of 31 floors, 10 of these floors are operated by internationally renowned hotel Moveinpek comprises of 406 rooms and suites. 21 floors will be marketed in the form of 1288 residential units with hotel services, while the remaining floors will be used for services and the utilization of the original owner. Hajar Tower has many advantages in respect to its location and view, in addition to the other advantages related to Abraj Al-Bayt project, such as the shopping mall, car parking, health care centre, and so forth.

After studies have shown steady growth in the demand of private education, and the demand is expected to be growing in the next years, the idea of establishing an educational company (Ajyal education) is originated to operate in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Shariah to actively contribute to the upbringing of a person''s knowledge and the creation of faith. Accordingly, Mashaer decided to enter into the private education sector by contributing to establish Ajyal Company. Ajyal Educational is the result of educational alliance between a group of owners and professionals of long experience in the private education market. The company has initiated its acquisition of educational opportunities, as the Company owns two productive schools, bilingual and Arabic schools. In addition, the Company will add to its educational system in 2007 another Arabic schools. It also plans to establish a private university with a variety of scientific disciplines in the near future.
