This sector offers hotel reservations with star levels of accommodations, facilities and services in Mecca, Medina, and all cities of the Kingdom - flight reservations - car and bus rental - private jet hire - special services for VIPs - food services - entry visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, Haj & Umrah Services Consortium Co. (Mashaer) is the largest five-star hotel owner operator in Mecca. In addition, Mashaer is currently marketing its services in Gulf market in particular and global market in general.

This sector is the most important sector in the company. Its importance lies in the fact that the Company aims to provide the most appropriate offers pertaining to real estate services to the pilgrims through establishing projects such as residential towers, hotels, either directly or through a number of subsidiaries such as, Massa real estate Company and Mashaer Al Nakheel Real Estate Company. This sector is marketing the Company''s projects for individuals and companies. The most important projects that are being marketed including:

• Le Meridian Towers (Mecca).
• Hajar Tower project (Mecca).

It is latest sector to the company, which provides hotel rooms reservations and transportation services around the world for companies and travel agencies within the State of Kuwait through E-ticket system.

Mashaer Al Nakheel Real Estate Company (K.S.C.C)

Mashaer Al Nakheel Real Estate Company is the result of a distinct alliance with Al Nakheel Real Estate Company and Muthanna Investment Company. The Company purchased a land in Mecca, and the Company''s stake is 28.5%. The Company develops the land along Abraham Street on an area of 16027 square meters, in order to build new residential towers. The Company completed 85% of advanced earthwork.

Novotel Mashaer Hotel

It is the sole hotel operator for "Mashaer", where the company is developing a real estate investment project to Al-Masaa Real Estate Investment Company to prepare four-star hotel consists of 304 rooms with distinct view and location near the Holy Haram opposed to Ajyal Mecca Hotel.

It has a paid up capital of KD 15,000,000, and the Company’s stake is of 25%. The Company was founded in order to build five-star hotel next to the Prophet''s Mosque.
